This December we decided to go up to the the mountains to hunt for a Christmas tree. Since Cannon was a 4th grader, he received free entrance into National Parks, as well as a free Christmas tree. Thank you, Cannon!
We met Sebastian, Mindy and Dillon and did some playing around in the snow. Of course, the boys had a ton of fun sledding and just hanging out. We made hot cocoa and roasted hot dogs.
We searched and searched for the perfect tree and stopped in a number of places. But didn't find one until we had come back down to a lower elevation. We found an open field and had a ton to choose from.
