New bunk beds....finally! We've talked about getting bunk beds for the boys for quite awhile and now they have them! They are sure excited. Colson was still sleeping on his crib mattress on the floor! (which didn't bother him!)
This picture has a lot of things going on:
1. Legos are always out in the bonus room. The boys are constantly building and creating.
2. DC loves to hang out with the boys, especially Colson. He comes in and cuddles near Colson, sometimes right up next to him. They are best buds!
3. Colson is putting on Cannon's shin guards. Colson enjoys sports and attends most of Cannon's practices. He is learning quite a bit from the sidelines and it won't be long before Colson will be out on the field playing, too!
Colson started drawing a tiger...or cat, which he was copying from a box. He drew it all by looking at the picture on the box and free drawing the tiger. I was so impressed! I love that he spends hours drawing and coloring.
My classroom has lots of piles! Many of them are "to do" piles and there is still a lot to do. The first day for students is on September 1st! Bye, summer. Hello school and work!
