This morning, we headed to Seattle for Cannon's 5 year Teddy Study appointment. Cannon did fabulous getting his blood drawn and didn't even flinch when they put the needle in. They measured his height (44 inches) and his weight (45 pounds).
Playing with all of the cool toys!

Choosing a prize out of the toilet bowl (because Cannon had to give a urine sample!)
After the appointment, we headed to the Seattle Center to ride the monorail to Westlake Center for lunch. The Space Needle is always such a great sight to see, no matter how many times you see it. Both boys LOVED the monorail ride and we all ate a great lunch. We got a table right next to the window so we could see the monorail go by.
Riding on the monorail.
Watching the monorail go by out the window of Westlake Mall.
After lunch, we rode the elevator a couple of times. Cannon rode the escalator by himself a couple of times, as Colson and I watched from the side. Cannon enjoyed that a lot! There is a candy store there that we have gone to before and we purchased a small bag containing a little bit of everything the boys pointed to. So we sat on the bench and ate candy and people watched. Then we headed back on the monorail.
Our candy bag!
Cannon wanted me to take a picture of him with his silver gumball!
Hanging out...eating candy and watching people go up and down the escalator.
What a great day, but we were all tired by the time we got home. Colson took a good nap. Cannon and I both needed one but didn't take one.
What a great way to start vacation!
Enjoying every moment.
