Ahhhhhh.
When was the last time Chris and I were able to do that? Dinner yes, but dinner AND a movie!
Granny Joy came over to watch the boys and Chris and I headed up to Olive Garden for a yummy meal. We both enjoyed our meals and left full. And we even brought home leftovers. I love their potato and sausage soup. So good! We were able to eat slowly, talk and linger and even enjoy dessert before we left for the movie theater. It was nice to have a meal without having to cook it, be the server and clean up after.
We went to see the movie, Parker. It was a bang, bang, shoot 'em up movie. It was good...nothing exciting. Just a typical shoot 'em up movie, I guess!
Both Chris and I are thankful for time together. We are thankful for Granny Joy for coming to sit with the kids. We are thankful the kids don't mind that we leave. Cannon and Colson were great according to Joy, of course. We are thankful for two amazing, wonderful boys!
When is the next date night?!
