It's a perfect combination because the kids and their dads could eat a doughnut and then go walk it off!
Chris spent the morning at school with Cannon, first enjoying the Father's Day program the Early Kindergarten class put on and then running/walking around the track for the Walk-A-Thon. Chris and Cannon ran/walked seven laps! That was a lot and Cannon (and Chris) were tired after their time on the track!
Cannon loved having his dad at school. The class sang (and signed) a few songs, and Cannon presented Chris with his gifts: A wonderful hand drawn picture of the two of them, a hand made frame with a picture of Cannon in it and a beautiful painted tile.
I love these special days! So much fun. So many wonderful memories!
