Soccer Camp

Cannon participated in soccer camp through White River this past week.  This was the one camp that he asked to sign up for.  He's really enjoying soccer and played it a lot at recess, which helped him learn and enjoy it more.

This camp lasted four days, Monday through Thursday for two hours each day.  The high school girls team helped put it on.  Cannon was in the second grade group and they learned a lot about kicking the ball, dribbling with the ball, positions and much more. They played a small scrimmage each day, too. Cannon loved it all and even though it was HOT and he was sweaty and tired each day, he always said he enjoyed himself.

We are proud of him and are glad that he continues to build his confidence and experience with soccer!
