Yep. Only 178 to go. But who's counting!
It was another great day at school and I'll be happy when all of the routines are in place. There are a lot of rules to teach in the first few weeks which requires lots of practice, reminding and reteaching. But it will all pay off soon. It was nice to start the year with only a two day week. What a nice way to start off the year.
Cannon and Colson had a good day with Grandma and Grandpa. They went for a walk/bike ride on the Orting Trail. Cannon was an expert rider and Colson was an expert observer...until he fell asleep. They met Chris for lunch at McDonalds and then spent the rest of the afternoon at home playing and napping.
Mom, Cannon, Colson and I walked to the next road over to get some corn. We found some very yummy blackberries on the way and stopped to eat some! Can't wait to have the corn tomorrow!
Mom and I went to see the movie, The Help tonight. One of the best movies I've seen in awhile. It was fun to get out of the house without kids and to see a movie! That doesn't happen very often....getting out without kids OR seeing a movie in the theater!
It's way past bedtime! I'm praying Colson will sleep in.
