So Wonderful.
I love going to Gig Harbor. Especially if we can get a spot on the city dock. It's the best of both worlds. Being on the boat but having the freedom to get off whenever we want and walk the town. There are fun shops, yummy ice cream and other great food, great neighborhoods to walk in, lots of people watching.
Mom and Dad came with us and all 6 of us had a great time this weekend.
Cannon is such a boating kid. He loves to drive the dinghy and enjoys sitting on the boat saying "Hi" to everyone that walks by. I overheard him telling some people that this "....is our big boat. It has two diesel engines. They run on diesel." Too funny. Cannon is becoming less shy and a little more confident when talking with others. It's good to see him have conversations with other people. We love to listen to him and hear his thinking.
Colson was wonderful, as always. I am hoping that will be his personality: laid back and flexible. He usually does just go with the flow. He napped great and slept all night long. He ate well, hung out, is sitting up on his own without falling over too many times (!!) playing with us and by himself, talking a lot, going in the stroller for walks, watching and observing everything!
We just love our boys! And we love being on the boat. And we love spending time with mom and dad. And we love the weekends. And we love the memories we are making!
